1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. The Agreement. 2.2. User License. Provided You comply with these Terms, We grant You a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service strictly for Your internal business or personal use, as applicable, during the term of Your subscription.

2.3. Restrictions. 3. User Representations and Warranties

3.1. Authority. By using the Service, You represent and warrant that: (a) all registration information You submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete; (b) You will maintain the accuracy of such information; (c) You have the legal capacity and You agree to comply with these Terms; (d) You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which You reside; and (e) You will not access the Service through automated or non-human means, whether through a bot, script, or otherwise.

5. Fees, Payment, and Refunds

6. Termination and Suspension

6.2. Effect of Termination. Upon termination, Your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You will be responsible for downloading any User Data from Your account prior to termination.

7. Third-Party Websites and Content

7.1. The Service may contain links to other websites ("Third-Party Websites") as well as articles, photographs, text, graphics, pictures, designs, music, sound, video, information, applications, and other content or items belonging to or originating from third parties ("Third-Party Content"). We do not investigate, monitor, or check Third-Party Websites and Third-Party Content for accuracy, appropriateness, or completeness, and We are not responsible for any Third-Party Websites or Third-Party Content accessed through the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

8.1. AS IS Basis. The service is provided on an AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE basis. You agree that Your use of the Service will be at Your sole risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Service and Your use thereof, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8.2. No Guarantee. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the Service's content or the content of any websites or mobile applications linked to the Service and We will assume no liability or responsibility for any (a) errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content and materials, (b) personal injury or property damage, of any nature whatsoever, resulting from Your access to and use of the Service.
